Being a last minute book we came to the island without many expectations. The extremely helpful owners however and their unique establishment went above and beyond our expectations making sure our visit would be unique and relaxing. The highlight of our room was the balcony with the amazing night view. The room was extremely clean (complying to the pandemic health protocols as well) and the bed was very welcoming after a long day of walking around the island.
Let's get this out the way, I may be biased as we got engaged during our stay. That said... The rooms are immaculately turned out with an alluring antique charm. The showers were top drawer with massage settings. The room had a huge rooftop area with table, chairs and loungers. Breakfast great too. We'll worth it. May even return for our marriage/honeymoon!

Very clean and comfortable room. The buildings and room decor are well done and kept in excellent condition. Our housekeeper every morning was always friendly. We had the Jr. Suite with a balcony. The breakfast was good and in a nice open air setting with umbrellas.
I liked the staff especially Irene so friendly and always smiling.The food also was an excellent choice great breakfast lovely homemade cakes and desserts. Hard bed and pillows also would be nice to have a small selection of snacks to buy its a long walk to the centre..
Hospitality +++ We arrived totally exhausted after an all night ferry trip and our host was so kind to let us into our room much earlier than normal. The room had everything you needed, plus great air con for the 30++ temps. Very spacious. Highly recommend. The room had a high bath but our lovely host happily supplied a small step ladder for my wife
Both staff and the room are beautiful, many thanks for the hospitality. Nothing I didn't like, but only a suggestion for breakfast upgrade with more seasonal fresh fruits would be nice. It would be nice to see some fresh peaches or nectarines besides the apples and pears.
Le SPA. La douceur du personnel, a savoir ils sont gentils mais très très expéditifs et pressés et stressés à cause du COVID Du coup c’est dommage car l’établissement est petit bijou Il manque cette douceur qui serait la cerise sur le gâteau Le jacuzzi extérieur est une merveille bravo !!!!!!
Superbe chambre pleine de charme avec une belle décoration, une très grande terrasse, avec une belle vue sur Hydra. L’hôtel dans une belle bâtisse de caractère est proche du port mais très calme.L’équipe est très accueillante, il règne une bonne ambiance.
Travelled with two friends - 3 of us total. Very hard to find a true "triple" room pretty much anywhere - what a pleasant surprise to find such a lovely spot that made us all feel like we had enough space. Room was truly spotless, as was the enormous shower/tub. Plenty of closet space and very powerful aircon. Can't say anything but the BEST about Hydra in general. Very well located hotel - a pleasant stroll up the hill - not too far to feel isolated, but just far enough from the chaos of the port. Make sure to call ahead to have them arrange to have someone meet you at the port to carry if you've got a lot of luggage. Super helpful!
Zum zweiten Mal (2017 und 2018 jeweils 2 Wochen) erfüllte das Hotel für uns alle Erwartungen an einen angenehmen Urlaub auf Hydra. Nahezu zentral (in einer ruhigen Gasse leicht bergaufwärts) gelegen, ist in wenigen Minuten der belebte Hafen (Lokale für jeden kulinarischen Geschmack, Banken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) erreicht. Welchen Strand man besucht, ist ohnehin Geschmackssache - vom Hotel gelangt man z. B. in die nette Bucht von Vlichos in rd. 45 Gehminuten (für Bewegungsfreudige super Tages-Beginn!) auf wunderschönem Küsten-/Klippenweg oder per Taxi-Boot in 15 Minuten. Frühstück (Buffet) wird im Innenhof des Hotels eingenommen. Wir buchten das Hotel (unter anderem) wegen des großzügigen Balkons (VIP-Room: 2 Liegestühle, 2 Sessel, Tisch, Sonnenschirm - alles in ansprechender Ausführung - samt Blick auf´s blaue Meer und einen Teil des Hafens). Täglich wurden 1,5 Liter Mineralwasser im Zimmer bereit gestellt (kostenlos) - Selbstversorgung diesbezüglich entfällt somit. Wir planen jedenfalls, einen weiteren Urlaub im Angelica-Hotel zu verbringen.
Notre séjour à Angelica fut une expérience très agréable. C’est un hôtel boutique très bien tenu, décoré avec goût et facilement accessible du port d’Hydra tout en étant dans un cadre paisible, avec un personnel courtois et très chaleureux. J’ai beaucoup aimé la rapidité avec laquelle l’enregistreement a été fait. Les chambres sont spacieuses, chaleureuses et d’une propreté étincelante. Elles sont équipées de fournitures et de draperies de qualité supérieure. Le petit déjeuner, préparé avec soin est très varié; un vrai régal pour les palais. Très bon rappor5 qualité/prix. Rien. C’etait Parfait pour une première expérience sur cette Île.

Merveilleux petit déjeuner avec un plat typique qui sortait du four et cuisiné par la directrice Mari, je dois lui demander la recette . Un espace piscine et un dîner e soir serait parfait car il n'existe aucun restaurant un peu classe autour.

Θα ηθελα να ευχαριστήσω δημοσια τη δνση του ξενοδοχειου, που αν και ειχαμε κλεισει δωματιο με μη επιστρεψιμη τιμη, παρολα αυτα, οταν για λογους υγειας συγγενικου μου προσωπου, αναγκαστηκαμε να διακοψουμε τις διακοπες μας, μας επεστρεψαν τα χρηματα στο ακεραιο!! Φιλια πολλα και παλι ευχαριστω..
Το δωμάτιο πραγματικά ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας, και μόνο η μπανιερα-τζακουζι που είχαμε ήταν απίστευτη! Καθαριότητα κάθε μέρα, το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι. Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί και ευγενεστατοι, μας έδωσαν και προτάσεις για παραλίες και μας πρότειναν οι ίδιοι να αφήσουμε βαλίτσες εκεί για να μην τα κουβαλάμε μέχρι να φύγουμε. Το μόνο που μας κούρασε λίγο ήταν η τοποθεσία γιατί είχε ανηφόρα αλλά στην Ύδρα είναι όλα κοντά οπότε δεν μας πείραξε!
Ηταν πεντακαθαρο πολυ ανετο,ωραιο μπαλκονι,ευγενικο προσωπικο..πλουσιο πρωινο,ειχε ενα κοινο τζακουζι που ηταν απιστευτα χαλαρωτικο και ωραια να απολαυσεις και γενικα ολα μας φανηκαν αψογα....το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα!
